Diane and I were so excited working with the team from Arkansas Bride magazine to create this beautiful fall/winter tablescape.
We spent hours upon hours researching photo shoots from weddings and magazines before the shoot.
The inspiration started when I was at Wal-Mart and came across this lighted “Love” sign! After all, “Love” is where it all begins!
We wanted to make the table for the new “Mr. & Mrs.” feel warm and cozy for their first meal together.
Hot chocolate and smores, with candle light, was just what the couple ordered! Who doesn’t “Love” a warm cup fo hot chocolate and smores on a cool night! Of course, you gotta have a little red wine with your meal. We added some birch branches for height and texture. The color of the birch branches tied the gray of the table cloth and the “Love” sign in perfectly! We added a couple greenery garlands to the table to plant the arrangements. (to tie them all together and make them look like they are a part of the tablescape) For all the 2017 greenery garland-loving Brides out there!
That morning as I was walking outside, loading my car when I saw the beautiful burgundy roses branches. Yes! in my garden! God’s grace and beauty are so Good! We wanted the tablescape to pop with color. We added a black backdrop and hung the beautiful roses over the black. We used black wooden charges under the plates and placed them on the green napkin. Then added single burgundy apple to each plate, cinnamon sticks tied with a ribbon to add even more color and texture. Yes! Pop it did!
At Events by Debbra we pride ourselves on the little details that make your wedding stand out from the rest!
We have three different arrangements featured on the table which will be featured on the guest tables at the reception.
Just like with the flowers arrangements we wanted to add texture and color to the reception.
We accomplish this by placing the vases with the tall birch branches and votives on some of the tables. The height of the tall arrangements draws your eyes up and flow through the room.
Some of the tables we use the moss boxes with the hydrangea and David Austin’s Juliet Graden roses, which smell divine! We added spray roses, scabious pods, hypericum berries and lambs ear for more color and texture. Oh Ya! I added some of the fabulous clovers for a pink tone (from my yard). Gorgeous!
On the remaining tables, we used a clear vase with an arrangement of the same lovely flowers. The different arrangements can be used on the buffet and other tables as well. Be sure to add votives on each table and throughout the room for even more warmer and a romantic feel.
